-          Pray for Israel.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu stated on Monday, “We are constantly working to achieve our goals – first and foremost the release of all our hostages and achieving a complete victory over Hamas.” Israel is headed into Rafah to eliminate terrorist. Pray for hostages to be released and terrorist to be defeated. Pray for an end to this war.

Psalm 46:6,7 – “Nations are in uproar, kingdoms fall; he lifts his voice, the earth melts. The Lord Almighty is with us; the God of Jacob is our fortress.”

Psalm 89:14-18 – “Righteousness and justice are the foundation of your throne; love and faithfulness go before you. Blessed are those who have learned to acclaim you, who walk in the light of your presence O Lord. They rejoice in your name all day long; they exult in your righteousness. For you are their glory and strength, and by your favor you exalt our horn. Indeed, our shield belongs to the Lord, our king to the Holy One of Israel.”

-          Pray for Christians in Ukraine.

A group of church leaders and rights advocates sent a letter to Mike Johnson, United States Speaker of the House of Representatives, stating that “Russian forces have violently persecuted Ukrainian Christians by torturing them and removing them from their positions.” It was noted that “at least 270 houses of worship, religious educational institutions and sacred sites were destroyed or damaged in an apparently systematic and targeted way”, per Worthy News as reported by the Baptist Press. Pray for the Christians that are being targeted in this war, pray for their physical protection, pray for continued spiritual boldness, and pray for hearts of the enemy to change.

Isaiah 59:1 – “Surely the arm of the Lord is not too short to save, nor his ear too dull to hear.”

-          Continue to pray for the United States Border situation.

“Border Patrol agents are continuing to apprehend violent criminals and gang members” entering the United States illegally per Worthy News. Recent arrests include criminals who have committed multiple crimes against children, rape, murder, trafficking, and theft. Gang members entering the county are tattooed with violent and/or satanic images. Pray for protection of the United States citizens and pray for the government to gain wisdom on how to manage this situation. Pray also for the innocent people attempting to flee countries where they live in danger.

James 1:14,15 – “…but each one is tempted when, by his own evil desire, he is dragged away and enticed. Then, after desire has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and sin, when it is full-grown, gives birth to death.”

James 5:7,8 – “Be patient, then, brothers, until the Lord’s coming. See how the farmer waits for the land to yield its valuable crop and how patient he is for the autumn and spring rains. You too, be patient and stand firm, because the Lord’s coming is near.”

-          Pray for victims of massive flooding.

Major rivers overflowing their banks have caused massive flooding in parts of Russia and Kazakhstan. Over one hundred thousand people have had to evacuate their homes. Pray for peace and help as the homeless seek refuge. Let them seek the Lord in their time of trouble.

Psalm 46:1-3 – “God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. Therefore, we will not fear, though the earth give way and the mountains fall into the heart of the sea, though its waters roar and foam and the mountains quake with their surging.”

Continue to pray for Ukraine.
