-          Pray for those in the aftermath of Hurricane Beryl.

People in the United States, Mexico, and the Caribbean need prayer as they begin their recovery from Hurricane Beryl. Pray for those who lost loved ones, homes, property, and businesses.

Hebrews 2:18 – “For since he himself has now been through suffering and temptation, he knows what it is like when we suffer and are tempted, and he is wonderfully able to help us.”

-          Continue prayer for Taiwan.

Military tension mount as China sent a “record number of warplanes across a U.S.-drawn boundary in the Taiwan Strait.” Pray for Taiwan, that China will not attack and that their nation can remain free of communist rule.

Psalm 18:2 – “The Lord is my rock, my fortress, and my deliverer; my God is my rock, in whom I take refuge. He is my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold.”

-          Pray for those suffering from a recent attack in Kyiv, Ukraine.

A children’s hospital and some other sites were bombarded, and authorities say it “killed at least 42 people and injured more than 100 others.” Pray for those injured and for families who lost loved ones. Pray for this war to end and those in authority to come to the Lord and work to help their constitutes and to relinquish their desire for power and selfish endeavors.

2 Corinthians 4:18 – “So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen. For what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.”

Proverbs 23:18 – “There is surely a future hope for you, and your hope will not be cut off.”

-          Pray for Zambia, Africa.

The drought continues and food and water are scarce. Pray that the rains will come earlier than usual, and crops will be good in the year ahead. Also pray for protection for crops and people, and their mud, stick, and grass houses from the elephants. Elephants can be very destructive and cause a lot of damage, pray they return to their proper places.

Philippians 4:6 – “Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your request to God.”

John 10:10 – “The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life and have it to the full.”

Psalm 132:15 – “I will bless her with abundant provisions; her poor will I satisfy with food.”

2 Corinthians 9:8 – “And God is able to make all grace abound to you, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work.”

-          Pray for the United States to fully support Israel.

Pray that the United States and President Biden will deliver the promised American ammunitions. Pray for the United States to stand with Israel against evil.

Deuteronomy 7:6-11 – “For you are a people holy to the Lord your God. The Lord you God has chosen you out of all the peoples on the face of the earth to be his people, his treasured possession. The Lord did not set his affection on you and choose you because you were more numerous than other peoples, for you were the fewest of all peoples. But it was because the Lord loved you and kept the oath, he swore to your forefathers that he brought you out with a mighty hand and redeemed you from the land of slavery, from the power of Pharaoh king of Egypt. Know therefore that the Lord your God is God; he is the faithful God, keeping his covenant of love to a thousand generations of those who love him and keep his commands. But those who hate him he will repay to their face by destruction; he will not be slow to repay to their face those who hate him. Therefore, take care to follow the commands, decrees, and laws I give you today.”

Psalm 85:1,2,9-12 – “You showed favor to your land, O Lord; you restored the fortunes of Jacob. You forgave the iniquity of your people and covered all their sins. Surely his salvation is near those who fear him, that his glory may dwell in our land. Love and faithfulness meet together; righteousness and peace kiss each other. Faithfulness springs forth from the earth, and righteousness looks down from heaven The Lord will indeed give what is good, and our land will yield its harvest.”

              Continue to pray peace over Israel and Ukraine and all countries in turmoil.
