-          Pray for Israel.

Pray for “American, Israel and their Arab partners to forge a security alliance to address the growing Iranian axis of terror.” Israeli Prime Minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, visited the United States, this past week, and he expressed optimism “about Israel’s future” and about America being “the beacon of liberty its founders envisioned back in 1776.” He was appreciative of support from the United States, and he described “America as a force for light and good in a dark and dangerous world” and he has confidence that working together “our two nations will vanquish the tyrants and terrorists who threaten us both.” Pray that the United States will continue to support Israel in their fight to end terrorism.

Psalm 34:14 – “Turn from evil and do good; seek peace and pursue it.”

Luke 6:45 – “The good man brings good things out of the good stored up in his hear, and the evil man brings evil things out of the evil stored up in his heart. For out of the overflow of his heart his mouth speaks.”

Matthew 6:13 - And lead us not into temptation but deliver us from the evil one.”

-          Pray for the peace of Jerusalem.

Pray for victory over terrorism and for peace. In a speech to the United States Congress, Prime Minister Netanyahu “declared that Israel would continue fighting until a total victory over Hamas was secured.”

Psalm 122:6-7 – “Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: May those who love you be secure. May there be peace within your walls and security within your citadels.”

Isaiah 62:6-7 – “I have posted watchmen on your wall, O Jerusalem; they will never by silent day or night. You who call on the Lord, give yourselves no rest, and give him no rest till he establishes Jerusalem and make her the praise of the earth.”

-          Pray for global antisemitism to end.

Per Worthy News report, “78% of Jewish Community Leaders in Europe feel afraid and isolated since the October 7 attack.” Pray protection for the Jewish people around the world and pray for these community leaders the feel pessimistic about the future but are “committed to staying in their respective European countries to help their communities.” Pray for unsaved Jews to accept Jesus as their Lord and Savior.

Psalm 27:1-2 – “The Lord is my light and my salvation – whom shall I fear? The Lord is the stronghold of my life, of whom shall I be afraid? When evil men advance against me to devour my flesh, when my enemies and my foes attack me, they will stumble and fall."

-          Pray for Nigeria Christians as persecution continues.

Pray for Christians that are being affected by continuing violence and for those who mourn the loss of loved ones. “Nigeria Christians fear more deaths in world’s most violent place.,” as an average of “one believer is being killed every two hours by extremists.”

Matthew 10:28 – “Do not be afraid of those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. Rather, be afraid of the One who can destroy both soul and body in hell.”

Matthew 5:10 – “Blessed are those who are persecuted because of righteousness, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.”

-          Pray that people can speak life to those entering abortion clinics.

From Worthy News, “A group of pro-life sidewalk counselors has filed suit asking the United States Supreme Court to review and reverse a ruling made in 2000 which allows abortion clinics to implement buffer zones preventing pro-life activists from operating within 100 feet of the facilities.” Pray that pro-life counselors can reach those seeking abortions and speak life and love to these individuals’ saving lives of the unborn. Pray that abortions will end because hearts will change.

Psalms 139:13-16 – “For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful; I know that full well. My frame was not hidden from you when I was made in the secret place. When I was woven together in the depts of the earth, your eyes saw my unformed body. All the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be.”

-          Pray protection and peaceful campaigns as political tensions rise in the United States.

Pray that there would be no further violence toward candidates running for office and that election proceedings go fairly and peacefully. Pray for righteous men and women to be elected to lead our county. Pray for our leaders to desire to walk in the ways of the Lord.

Deuteronomy 16:18-19 – “Appoint judges and administrative officials for all the cities the Lord your God is giving you. They will administer justice in every part of the land. Never twist justice to benefit a rich man, and never accept bribes. For Bribes blind the eyes of the wisest and corrupt their decisions.”

Continue to pray peace over Israel and Ukraine and all countries in turmoil.
