- Pray for people to stand united with Israel and the Jewish people. One Tuesday, November 14th, 290,000 people united to march for Israel on the National Mall in Washington D.C. (United States). Leaders of the Republican and Democratic parties united as they stated and agreed that “history must not repeat itself” in reference to the Holocaust, where six million Jews were murdered, and the recent Hamas attack on Israel. Pray that more people throughout the world will unite against this terrorism.
Philippians 2:2 – “Then make me truly happy by agreeing wholeheartedly with each other, loving one another, and working together with one mind and purpose.”
- Continue prayers as more countries suffer from natural disasters.
Heavy rains caused flooding in Somalia where at least 31 people were killed and 500,000 were displaced. Kenya and Ethiopia are also experiencing heavy flooding. Pray for those who have lost loved ones and their homes. Pray for salvation for those that do not know the Lord and shelter for all.
Psalm 61:4 – “Let me live forever in your sanctuary, safe beneath the shelter of your wings!”
- Pray against terrorist attacks and their evil tactics.
The European Union condemned Hamas Palestinian terrorist group for using hospitals and civilians in the Gaza strip as “human shields”. Meanwhile, per Worthy News, the “FBI warns of terrorist attack in the US”. Threats could come from inside the United States in the form of individuals or small groups influenced by terrorist. There is also the possibility of Hamas or other foreign terrorist organizations to conduct an attack. Pray for all nations to be protected from terrorist attacks, walk in faith with the Lord and not in the fear of the world, and always sing praises to our God.
2 Chronicles 20:17,21 – “But you will not even need to fight. Take your positions; then stand still and watch the Lord’s victory. He is with you, O people of Judah and Jerusalem. Do not be afraid or discouraged. Go out against them tomorrow for the Lord is with you.”
“After consulting the people, the king appointed singers to walk ahead of the army, singing to the Lord and praising him for his holy splendor. This is what they sang: Give thanks to the Lord; his faithful love endures forever!”
- Pray for the Gospel to be preached everywhere.
On November 3rd , an Egyptian-born church leader, from Georgia (United States), shared the gospel with 17,500 attendees at a Revival Event in Egypt. Christian Index reports that nearly eight thousand people responded by putting their faith in Christ. Pastor Youssef answered then call to spread the gospel in a dangerous place as Egypt is ruled by a dictatorial Islamic regime. In the United States, thousands gathered in New York City, at Time Square, last week to hear the gospel and worship according to CBN News. Pastor Mike Signorelli organized the event, which was approved by democratic Mayor, Eric Adams’ office. Pray for continued events where there is revival, the gospel preached, and many accept salvation.
Luke 24:46-47 – “And he said, “Yes, it was written long ago that the Messiah would suffer and die and rise from the dead on the third day. It was also written that this message would be proclaimed in the authority of his name to all the nations, beginning in Jerusalem. There is forgiveness of sins for all who repent.””
Continue to pray for Ukraine.
